LEWW collaborated with Justice and Dignity for Women in the Sahel (JDWS), a US-based NGO with operations in six West African countries. LEWW provided capacity building and training for women’s leadership on various modules such as professional image coaching, resume writing and interview tips, identifying required and actual skills, and preparing capacity building plans. In addition, LEWW organized talk shows to raise awareness on comprehensive protection and gender-based violence (GBV).

LEWW diaspora minority is Elizabeth, a divorced mom facing eviction and court fees due to financial hardship. She contacted us for advice.  LEWW directed her to available resources in the Dallas area. Though she could not avoid the eviction, we provided her with financial support which allowed her to quickly find an affordable shelter for her and her pre-teen child.

CASE STUDY #1: LEWW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT IS FLORA NDOU.

Flora lost her position as a sales representative during the COVID shutdown and faced challenges securing new employment to support herself and her mother.

OUTCOME #1: LEWW supported Flora with training & financial resources to start a small poultry business.

CASE STUDY #2: LEWW KIDS ENTREPRENEURS’ LEADERSHIP IS ISMAEL MAIGA, A NEW-YORK BORN 12 YEARS YOUNG ENTREPRENEUR

 In 2021, LEWW came across Ismael and extended an invitation for him to join our Business Coaching Talk Show. To show support and encouragement, LEWW also made a donation to assist Ismael's small video editing business.

OUTCOME #2: Ismael's personal brand, though nascent, is progressively garnering acknowledgment, and he approaches the substantial learning curve with humility. Nevertheless, he anticipates the future with enthusiasm, embracing the unfolding voyage and eagerly seeking to explore the extents of his capabilities.

CASE STUDY #3: LEWW LEADERSHIP IS FATIMA JABBIE, A COURAGEOUS 23-YEAR-OLD WIDOW DETERMINED TO EMBARK ON A MISSION.

Despite societal scrutiny, she bravely separates from her cherished child and family in her quest for knowledge and empowerment.

OUTCOME # 3: Inspired by her narrative, LEWW contributed a donation towards Fatima's project, aiming to assist numerous Gambian widows and single mothers in her home country, The Gambia.

CASE STUDY #4: LEWW BUSINESS AND IMAGE CONSULTING IS GRACE KOLIE, CEO OF WOMEN OF GRACE & HOPE FOUNDATION.

Her goal is to find sustained funding sources for their projects.

OUTCOME #4: LEWW aims to deliver training to Grace encompassing HR staffing, grant funding, and marketing.
